Courage refers to bravery. In this essay you will read how courage changed my life. To start, I was 7-10 years old in Iwakuni, Japan. There was this bully that I first did not know was a bully. So I wanted to play with him, he decided the best thing to do was to knee me in the shin harder than steel and I took it in. My body was boiling with fire. A couple years later he had continuously bullied me and my siblings, so we grew tired of him and stood up to him. He did not stop, he kept bullying us until it went too far. We told our parents and they talked to his parents and he stopped bullying us. Next, there was this kid named Arthur and I liked to trade pokemon cards with him then I let him borrow my gold card. Then I asked him for it and he did not give it back. Then I was more enraged than a ravenous lion. I asked him for the card and he said I gave it to him when I just let him borrow it. I did not start a fight and then just thank myself for not giving them all. When I was in Florida there was this kid that brought a lighter to school. I called him out and the teacher got rid of it. Then I had courage when I was new to TTES elementary school tarawa tigers. I had no clue what I was doing but a couple days later I understood what to do and had a lot of fun. Also, I went to SAC ( which stands for school age care) and there were more mean than a coyote. So I decided to go to a different room at SAC or possibly go outside. My courage there was not to start a conflict with them and to instead do something away from the person. That is how courage has shaped my life, and I hope courage shapes yours too.
